Hi I'm Joel Stoianis - the hUman Engineer
So what does a human engineer do?
Imagine waking up in the morning, feeling energized, pain free and ready to take on your day with confidence.
Unfortunately, for many of us this is just a dream.
My goal as the Human Engineer is to help make this a reality for everyone.
I’m obsessed with learning how the body, and the mind work – my idea of a fun night is reading an anatomy book, or studying how stress effects our psychology.
From this obsession, I’ve learned how to improve the quality of our lives for the better.
If you want more from life, and strive to be a better person, then keep reading, if that idea doesn’t interest you, then I wish you all the best.
Our brain is an organ. By improving the health of our body, naturally, our brain works better leading to improved mental health and quality of life. Being healthy also happens to make our body strong, lean and pain free.
All the results we have in our life start as thoughts in our mind. By understanding how your mind works, you can start to move your life in the direction of your choosing.
Happiness is what we all long for. For some unknown reason, it’s not something that has been taught to us. Through understanding the mind and body, reaching a state of happiness is far easier.
Having mastered your mind, body, and emotions, achieving whatever you want in your life is simple. There are however, efficient ways to take on life to get the most out of each day and I’d love to share that with you.
My mission is to help push the human Potential.
I feel as though we’re struggling as a society.
We have the most resources and technology we’ve ever had, yet rates of mental health issues and obesity are increasing.
We are getting further away from our potential as a species, not closer.
My dream is to help make the world a better place by providing people with the knowledge that will make them healthier, happier, and generally more bad ass.
Ultimately I’d love to build a community of like minded, growth focused individuals.
If we take personal responsibility for our own growth, each one of us can help make the world a better place.
